Following referral from the GP, District Nurse or Health visitor, we will:

• Assess the suitability of the blister pack with you

• Demonstrate how to use the blister pack

 

The process once you start having blisters:

• We will order your prescriptions from your surgery

• We will collect your prescription from the surgery

• Assemble your blister pack

• Deliver the blister pack to your door

• We will follow up with you to see if you are compliant we your medicines
